CME Group to launch Black Sea corn and wheat FOB futures

B3 reported 3Q17 adj EPS of R$0.218 (-6% q/q, -14% y/y), in line with our estimate. IFRS EPS was R$0.165 (+106% q/q, 0% y/y). Net revenues were R$1.06b (+9% q/q, +90% y/y), and adj OpEx was (R$252m +1% q/q, +62% y/y). B3 guided 2017 adj OpEx at R$1.05b-R$1.10b (+5% y/y), and 2017 CapEx of R$230m-R$250m, down from R$322m in 2016 for the combined company. B3 paid down R$500m in debentures in September, and expects to decrease financial leverage from 2.2x to 1.0x by 4Q19.
