LME to upgrade electronic trading system after complaints

Hong Kong Exchange (HKEX): London Metal Exchange (LME) to upgrade its electronic trading system after complaints about outages and poor functionality. LME is already in the process of cutting some fees and reducing rents on metal storage. Reported by Reuters.
